Introduction to Rotary Series:
Rotary ball screw is designed to enable the application to move linearly and rotationally in one assembly, with symmetrical orientation design between the outer and inner ball screw nut. Both rotary and spiral movement can be achieved simultaneously.
Rotary ball spline is designed to enable the application to move linearly and rotationally in one assembly, with symmetrical orientation design between the outer and inner ball spline nut. Both linear and rotation movement can be achieved simultaneously.
Rotary ball screw / spline is designed to enable the application to move linearly, rotationally and spirally in one assembly, with symmetrical orientation design between the outer and inner ball screw nut. Both rotary and spiral movement can be achieved simultaneously.
Features of TBI MOTION Rotary Series
◆Zero clearance/High rigidity
TBI MOTION rotary series featured 40° angular (Back to back) contact angle within in the bearing. It enables self-aligning with minor mounting error and bears higher axial load to achieve better accuracy. Custom preload can be applied to reduce clearance and increase high rigidity.
◆High speed/Smooth running performance
The rotary series uses TBI MOTION high lead screw to maintain high speed and smoothness during operating.
◆Noise reduction
The precision ground screw thread and spline groove make sure the ball bearing travel fluently during operations which reduce the skidding, friction and noise level and thus improve the service performance and life.
◆Easy-Assembly/Compactness
TBI MOTION rotary line features a one-piece compact and easy mounting design.
◆Spline alternative
TBI MOTION offers customized end for ball spline. Hollow spline is also available for special operation requirement such as pipe or wire-arrangement, evacuating and light weight.
Types of Rotary Series
Divided into the following two types based on structure and load capacity:
1.Compact series: Namely RSSY, RSLY, RFSY, and RLSF
Rotary Ball Screw - RFSY Type:Standard Type The rotary ball screw is designed to move linearly and rotationally is one assembly and features a one-piece compact and easy mounting.
Rotary Ball Spline - RLSF Type:Standard Type The rotary spine is designed to move linearly and rotationally in one assembly.
Ball Screw/Spline - RSSY Type:Standard Type RSSY series is the combination between RFSY and RLSF series, it can operate linearly, rotationally and spirally in one assemble.
Ball Screw/Spline - RSLY Type:Standard Type RSLY series is the combination between RFSY and SLF series, it can operate linearly, rotationally and spirally in one assemble.
2.Mass series: Namely RBBY、RBLY、RFBY、RLBF
Rotary Ball Screw - RFBY Type:High Loading Capacity Type The ground screw thread makes sure the ball bearing travel fluently during operation, reduces skid, friction and noise level and increases the performance and service life.
Rotary Ball Spline - RLBF Type:High Loading Capacity Type RLBF series features 40° angular contact angle, it enables self-aligning and bears higher axial load to achieve better accuracy.
Ball Screw/Spline - RBBY Type:High Loading Capacity Type RBBY series is the combination between RFBY and RLBF series, it can operate linearly, rotationally and spirally in one assemble.
Ball Screw/Spline - RBLY Type:High Loading Capacity RBLY series is the combination between RBSY and SLF series, it can operate linearly, rotationally and spirally in one assemble.

使用注意事項
1. Do not disassemble the parts. Prevent foreign objects like debris or chips from entering, which can damage the ball circulation components and cause operational failure.
2.Hitting or Dropping the Spline nut/ Ball screw nut may cause its function to be damaged, even if the product looks intact.
3.The temperature of the place where linear guideways are used should not exceed 80°C. A higher temperature may damage the plastic end cap, do not exceed 100°c in friction.
If foreign matter such as debris or sawdust adheres to the component, please clean it thoroughly before replenishing the lubricant.
5.Using under special conditions, such as constant vibration, high contamination or the temperature exceed our suggested...etc., please contact TBI MOTION.
If you have any questions regarding usage, please contact TBIMOTION sales representatives.
